1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return and refund:
- Unopened electronics in original packaging
- Clothing with tags attached and in unworn condition
- Home and garden items in original condition
- Books and media in original condition
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items damaged by misuse
- Digital downloads or software
4. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the item you want to return
- Choose the reason for return
- Print the return label provided
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs:
- Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items with signs of use or wear
- Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days
- Items missing accessories or components
10. Cancellations
Order cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Cancelled orders receive full refund within 3-5 business days
